Citizen engagement and collaboration: The key to promoting learning city

The urban development of learning is a key goal the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). However, drive to achieve requires several points. Citizenship cooperation are associated with developing city learning. This research studies relationship between citizenship in driving city. study uses methodology structure-equation model (SEM) relationships. Cooperation cities based on civic data analysis 500 samples. result showed that two observed variables were public participation four are: policy collaboration's positive effect cooperation; citizen-subjectivity, citizen-intersubjectivity, citizen-sub politics, citizen-globality's citizenship; Furthermore, six inclusive education system; revitalized families communities; effective for workplace; expanded use modern technologies; improved quality; vibrant culture lifelong In part regression latent variables, we found has (b=0.882), (b=0.056) (b=0.217).
